Internet is a tool which can link up all the people around the world. It has opened a gateway for people. The one of the main   reasons that many people blame is that there is no sense of censorship in the world of the internet. Without censorship many things spin out of control. People start using the internet as a method of teasing others than a manner of communication. They misuse internet such as pornography. Others may use it for fraud. When these actions are committed they are considered as a form of crime, and like all other crimes they are intolerable by society.

Effects of Internet on Students:

Student fail in exams due to internet. A web search engine can provide the needed material just at a click of a button.  The internet has been a blessing to humanity.  We can't imagine living without  e-mails and video calls and not to forget Facebook! 

Everyone will known about electronic junk mail. The fact that an e-mail is classified as spam is because it is unwanted. These emails are sent in large quantities to numerous recipients Moreover, it may include malware in the form of scripts or other attachments. On viewing such

 E-mails pirated open you might unknowingly invite viruses to enter into your system and harm it.

Loss of Internet on our Society:

Internet is also a haven for pranksters. There have been cases where people order expensive products on a Cash on Delivery basis and then refuse to accept the order. It is really easy to play such pranks without being caught. One only, needs to go to an internet cafes, visit the site, order an expensive product on your neighbor's address and then just walk out of the café as any normal person would do.

Internet steals your ID. First, our information is more easily accessible to the criminals through the malware software's we all fall victims to. Not only is the identity stolen but also the pictures are cropped and used in unabashed places; porn sites, brazen ads are just to name a few. A person may cry, "My Facebook account just got hacked!" No. Maybe your password wasn't strong enough. Maybe you gave it once to your best friend and forgot to change. Maybe you forgot to logout while leaving the internet cafes.

 

 

People Cheated Through The Internet:

Internet is the simple way to cheat the people. Some people use this to fulfill their own evil intentions. You might be looking for online jobs which provide you the opportunity to work from home and make some extra bucks. You contact the advertiser little knowing that you are stumbling into a trap. The advertiser asks for your details and you being naïve, give him all the details hoping for an advance payment. The dangers of looking for such offers online is the possibility of them being fake and even worse, posted by cyber felons.

 

Another misuse of the internet is cyber bullying . The fact that it is online, makes it even more dangerous because the bully does not need to be physically present in front of his victim. Cyber bullying can take place any time.

Piracy Through The Internet:

Piracy is the act of illegally copying or downloading payed material without owner permission. People perform piracy because it saves wealth at all. However, the loss suffered by the company is neglected. It's their piece of creation and they deserve to be rewarded for it. Stating more emotionally, you just can't snatch away someone's bread and butter! Quite undoubtedly, porn is the one of the most popular misuse of internet. When teen agers are exposed to pomography, it always has a negative effect. They are not mature enough to understand about the moral aspects of sexual intercourse and watching porn creates a wrong perception in their impressionable minds.

 

In view of the foregoing, we should make use of the internet sensibly and carefully. We should not waste our time, brain on useless activities. We should make the best use of this facility positively.
